To become a member and access our wholesale sections within the SilverHaven.co.uk website, please complete and submit the online application form. Once we verify your details, you will receive via e-mail an assigned 'Login ID' and 'Password', with which you use to login as a "Member". Please note that accounts are for trade customers only. Under the UK Data Protection Act 1998, we follow strict security procedures in protecting your privacy. We do not disclose your information to third parties. MINIMUM WHOLESALE ORDER
Our competitive pricing requires that we set an order minimum, which is standard in business-to-business transactions. A minimum total order value of only £100 plus VAT is required. OUR PRICES
We have no doubt that you will find our prices very competitive. We pass on significant savings to all our members by means of importing large quantities of sterling silver jewellery directly from designers and manufactures home and abroad. Also as an Internet based company, we have low overheads adding extra savings to all our customers. In addition to our already low prices, we offer additional discounts on bulk orders. There are two methods you can place an order with us after you have logged in as a "Member": - You can order online via our website if you intend to pay by any of the credit/debit cards listed under 'Payment Methods' below. All card payments are processed securely by WorldPay. We will not debit your card until just before your order is dispatched.
- Or you can contact us with your order noting item reference numbers. On receipt of your order, we will contact you to confirm your order value and take details of your payment method.
PAYMENT METHODS
We accept all major credit cards: VISA, Delta, MasterCard, Visa Electron, Switch, Solo and JCB. We also accept bank drafts, company cheques and postal orders.
DELIVERY & DISPATCH
We would normally dispatch your wholesale order within 24 hours of processing your payment using Royal Mail Special Delivery at no extra cost to you. If you are paying by cheque, your order will only be dispatched to you after the payment is cleared. BACK ORDERS
If an item is temporarily out of stock, we will notify you of the estimated delivery time and subject to your agreement, we may back order for you. Depending on the size of the order, delivery of back order items could take between 6 to 8 weeks. A deposit maybe required to satisfy back orders. |
